💼 Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Build strong relationships with dairy farmers, retailers, and partners
  • Provide product education and support to clients
  • Monitor competitors and market trends
  • Ensure timely reporting and coordination with HO

✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in cattle feed or animal nutrition sales
  • Proven track record in B2B/B2C rural sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiar with local markets and geography
  • Must be willing to travel across districts
